Planet M shopping — Regardomg Samsui Smart Phone 4" not working properly

Our order no. 00646292 for 4" Samsui Smart Phone booked on 27th June, 2015 in the name of M.Seeta Ram, Saidabad, Hyderabad - 500 059. The same was received through Ecomexpress by AWB tracking no.[protected] on 2nd July, 2015. From the beginning day onwards while charging for an hour or two then it is showing 100%, then immediately we are disconnecting the power supply, but with in two to three hours it will come down to 40% then automatically it is going to be dead. Like this it is happening since day one onwards. So kindly arrange to replace or get back our money, will go for another product. Please do it fast.
