Dear all, I am Bhanu, a middle class parent, Lakshay Gandhi was my plantspark counsellor.Enrolled for the course in planet spark, attended for few session and discontinued the classes as timings were not set for my kid.Even after discontinuing the classes amount use to get deducted from my account everymonth.One fine day one of planet spark associate called and asked to repay 10K so that loan account shall get closed at their end.I preferred and made the payment on 26, Feb 2022.Even after clearing the payment every month amount is getting deducted from my account.I wrote a mail to customer support and continously following up with them from Feb'2022.Till date my issue was not closed and no one is responding to my mail.I finally complained in customer support raised the ticket but the staff is simply saying that it take time & they are least bothered. In planet spark no body is care about customer.they are cheating with customer. I want my hard earned money back.
