Dear Sir/Madam,
Greetings for the Day !

I have made a online purchase from PlatinumShopp.com
They called me saying you are among 200 customers who is getting this 60% offer on any electronics product if you purchase from them.
Earlier I had placed 5 orders via payment through Amazon.in I was assured about it.
While placing order for LED on amazon.in, I got error message which tells to contact seller.
When I contacted seller they told me there is technical error so you pay directly in company account.(Details Attached)
I made payment to their account for Rs 36400/- via IPMS

Account Category – Current Account

Later amazon cancelled my earlier 5 orders and refunded my amount claiming that seller is fraud.(File attached)

Now Platinumshopp.com are asking to pay another Rs.9750 for insurance purpose which is refundable amount.If I do not pay they will not ship my product. Now I suspect that I have been cheated.

I need your help in this matter. Please let me know if you need additional information.
