The amount which I paid till date is Rs 18, 924/- (including Mobile price Rs 10, 000/-+ delivery charges Rs 174 + Insurance charges Rs 8, 750) Details points in brief... 1) My order No is 92694071. On 30/06/2016 I have made an online purchase of Oneplus 2 mobile from platinumShopp.com. They called me saying you are among 200 customers who is getting this 60% offer on any electronics product if you purchase from them. They told me to you pay directly in company account of below details. They sent confirmation email: “We have confirmed your order and order Id Number is – 92694071. At the time of order delivery, you can open the product before accepting the product and only after your satisfaction our executive will leave”. 2) platinumshopp.com bank Details- Company Name – Platinum Shopp Bank Name – HDFC Bank Account Number – [protected] IFSC Code – HDFC0000292 Account Category – Current Account Address – Rajouri Garden, Delhi – 110027 I made payment to their account for Rs 10, 174/- (in which Mobile price is Rs10, 000/- & Shipping charges Rs 174/-) by online net banking transfer. 3) on 08/08/2016 platinumshopp.com demand me for mobile insurance amount of Rs 8, 750/- which is refundable at the time of delivery. Also, they said that mobile cannot deliver without insurance payment. 4) So, on 09/08/2016 again I had transfer the amount of Rs 8, 750/- through net banking 5) They keep changing their contact number and they keep giving false story and only words. 6) I am coordinate with Ms Meenu, Mr. Abhishek Sharma, Mr. Prashant, Mr.Jitendra, Mr. Joginder Malhotra, Mr Rakesh, Mr. Tiwari / Mr. Sandeep and many more 7) email ids are [protected]@platinumshopp.com; [protected]@platinumshopp.com 8) Platinumshopp.com registered office address: - Office No 999 to 119, Outer Circle, Cannaught Place, Delhi-110001. platinumshopp.com is one of the pathetic ecommerce site. I have been waiting for my products from last 3.5 months, everyday a new delivery date is given to me or just transfer my call. By demand of refund the amount, they are not ready to talk with me. Customer service people have no clue what to say what not to say ...it seems bunch of highly unprofessional people are managing platinumshopp.com Now there is no response or anything from their side.
