[Resolved] Plethico Pharmaceuticals — Non-payment of money against matured fds for the last 4 months. | |||
We had given two fixed deposits to Plethico Pharmaceuticals Ltd., through Bajaj Capital Limited, New Delhi as per the following details:- FD no 25342 dt 29/3/2013 for Rs.25, 000/= maturity date 28/3/2014 FD No.25147 dt.13/2/2013 for Rs.30, 000/=maturity date 12/2/2014 Despite sending numerous emails to all concerned in the company and Bajaj Capital Limited payment still not recd. Senior citizens being caused lot of hardships. No one helping. Bajaj Capital Ltd. advised us to take up with CLB. Petition submitted to CLB. Lot of cases against non-payment to fdholders filed against the company and orders issued by CLB on 29/3/2014. Grim situation. Same issue .. Fraudsters are running the company. I am trying to upload a complaint in MCA website.. Request all fellow investors to lodge a complaint in MCA website and CLB. We have to punish the fraudsters..The email id provided in the FD coversheet is non-functional.. It clearly indicates fraud motive.
