PNB — Refund money

My name is Amar Das and I had ordered boAt Earphone of R.S= 777/- product name boAt Compatible imported Rockerz 255 sports bluetooth wireless Earphone in Club Factory on 22th June 2020 and after this I return the product due to product was defective. And after few days I am whenever check my refund history there always showing refunded your money. But still I not get Refund the money in my bank account. Later I am contact the customer care they just told me your Refund initiated from the club factory but I don't get the money back. After few days club factory was ban in India. please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [protected].
