Dear Sir /Madam We are operating a bank A/c in your Branch Shyampur Haridwar ( Uttarakhand ) Branch Code- 301800. Having A/c No.[protected] in the Name of " HIMALAYAN MODERN ACADEMY" We submitted a cheque book requisition slip on dot.06.02.15 . we urgently require the 10 cheque leaf as our bus loan finance in pending only due to cheque.but till today dt.22.02.15 we have not received the same. Your Branch Manager also not property replying that where is problem.and also not issuing the lose cheque leafs. Kindly do the need fully .
