PNB — Withdrawal Query

Dear sir, I am a PNB A/c holder and my A/c no is [protected]. I was trying a 4000 withdrawal from ICICI bank ATM as date on[protected] at 19:39 on ATM ID SEVDA610 wich is located in Chirag Delhi but the withdrawal cash is not came through out the machine. and the amount is already detected form my main balance. however i have already complain regarding this matter but not getting any satisfied response and not even my cash back to my account please fix this as soon as possible.
