My phone(poco x3 pro)was stopped working so i went to service center and gave it on 27th november but they didn't gave my jobsheet, so i complained on poco help center they assured me they will solve my issue before 2nd december(woin[protected] :-complaint number) i visited again on 2nd december service center guy gave me jobsheet but my phone was not repaired so i visited again on 3rd dec he told me that it's motherboard not working i have ordered in compony, it's been 21 days still no information about my device.
and it's not my device almost all poco x3 pro devices facing this problem probably because of their software update everyone's phones are dead and all having same motherboard problem, and even compony is not giving any official statement regarding this.
i want my device repaired fast or better they give me my money back because even other models of this compony facing almost same problem Was this information helpful? |
