I bought pocox2 on feb 11 2020 the problem came after software updates 12.5.6 version first, not charging and touch after that phone dead just on off condition. I go to service center they 10k for replacement of motherboard. I told them that is not my fault I just wanted to update my phone and that happens. They didn't care what I am saying. I sent emails to poco india regarding my problems but nothing changed. I feel that companies doing fraud to us. Please help me to recover my cost of phone. Thank you Was this information helpful? |
