I umarani chukkapalli–applied business loan for rs. 20lakhs from polaries finacial, i provided all the kyc documents and polaris sent us the confirmation letter no. Psi/701/cq266 dated 21/03/2018 asking me to make login fee rs. 4000/- same paid on 22.03.2018 to their given account details

I am devendra bansode, i apply for loan they told me to they will sanction my 20 lakh loan. For that you pay processing fee 60, 000/- then 20 lakh business loan will be disburse to your account. I do the same i pay 60, 000/- with all relevant documents but from 1.3 years complete they not response to my call n mail also... So please help to get my refund....

I tried to avail personal loan from polaris services and i was asked to pay 4500 as legal charges initially and i paid accrodingly.
Then two days after one gentlemen mr. Abhishek called me and asked to pay rs 35000/- as consultancy charges by saying that 8lakhs loan been sanctioned and file moved to investors.
Then i found that it seems to be some glitch so i asked abhishek to cancel my loan and to refund. Since then, he is...

I am kailas chandra mondal son of late goutam mondal, residing in bolpur, dangal, district birbhum west bengal i am not highly qualifaed so iam writing here as per my qualification
I was get a loan offer from polasiservice indialimited which is in rajasthan india they offer me loan and i submit them my all documents and also paid them 50000/=processing fee refundable as per their company coustomercare instruction...

This company is the utter fradulent company and not sure how the registrar of companies allow to exist such company with the primary objective of cheating people. I paid around 40k towards legal and processing fee but till date no response for my refund.
They did not give any receipt while gettign the payment and while cancelling the loan, they are asking for many things like notary affidavit stamp papers
Cheating and fradulent...

Fraud and cheating company polaris services india pvt ltd
They dont provide any kind of loan. If anyone have anykind of problem please complain on write to the pmo (Complain will foroward on priminister) and (Pg portal) (Complain will foroward on ministry of corporate affairs)

I have Applied loan with Polaris services India on 04th Jun-2018 and I have paid Login charges of 3500 Rs on 04/01/2018 and the Processing Charges they have asked me to Pay to process the loan of 500000 Rs on 11/01/2018 and the people who are communicated with me Rahul and Manvinder Singh, Adhira Jain.

After that they said that 15 days to require to process the Loan and they have shared the Loan sanction...

They called on 15th Feb and commited that they will provide loan in 20 to 22 days maximum. Initial file charges of Rs. 3500 was paid by me and loan application was for Rs. 5 lakh. Also amount of Rs.20000 paid with commitment that itwillbe refunded with loan amount. Then they sent a list of documents including Solvency Certificate. Bank person refused that It is not possible to provide solvency to an individual. Then Mr. Vijay ([protected])...
