Popae Enterprise — credit card fraud by popae enterprises

Dear sir/madam,

As i received a fraud call yesterday as on 25/04/2018 around 1.30pm in the afternoon saying that, "we are calling from sbi credit bank & this call regarding credit card limit has been increased from 35k to 1lac. And also you will getting rewards points of 8335 rs/- of each 1 points value of a.97 paise and you can use samething in flip kart, amazon, vishal mart etc. Then the fraud lady started telling my pin to pin transaction like which date how much i spent and currently how much i have unbilled amount, pending amount to pay and credit card limit.

After the call got over, i received a message saying that 8335 rs/- got debited from your account for popae enterprises. Then, i was keep on tried to call fraud lady contact no. It was switch off.
If needed i can provide proof of overall voice recorded call of fraud lady communicated on 25/04/2018.
Somehow i searched in google by name “popae enterprises” and got landline and mobile no. Both, i tried but as it is a fraud company, mobile no. Is switched off and landline was not reachable.
So, i called today morning (26/04/2018) for my branch and explained them the overall incident to the branch and provided fraud contact no. Then sbi branch verified and confirmed me that it’s of name saved in true caller as"sbi fraud”. And my credit card blocked too from my branch.

Like 27th april 2018, i tried to reach to this no. It was active.
Request you to take this and please do investigation immediately.
