Popae Enterprise — fraud transaction from sbi credit card by pope | |||||
On 24th april around 3:30pm they called me regarding sbi credit card verification to dispatch new credit card. They said its rbi which mandates to show photo on credit card along with signature because of that they want all the credit card information. At the end they convinced me and took my sbi credit card detail and did the transaction of amount 8352 rupees. I recorded whole conversation and right after that i blocked my card and informed sbi to stop that transaction because that amount is not yet claimed by that fraud merchant "popae enterprise". But they didn't take any step and as as-usual they said they will investigate. Even if a blind person could go and check that see that that merchant and their website is totally fraud still no body neither sbi bank credit card department nor cybercell police. Good for nothing. They said as i shared my otp so its my mistake they can't do anything. I couldn't able to understand what exactly they investigated and how they come to the point that its our total fault. We receive minimum 3/4 times a day from sbi credit card regarding their offer and they just irritate you repeatedly and inbetween their call how we know which one is fake and which one is real. And they took advantage and make your mind total blank. At the end you will be the one who suffered. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Popae Enterprise customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 30, 2018 Updated by Madhusmita2018 I find lots of more complain in some other forum against the mobile number from where these fraudster are calling [protected]:https://www.complaintboard.in/complaints-reviews/sbi-l7034.html These complains are from 17th April. Looks like because of SBI and police negligence till now we are suffering.  | |||||

I received call form mobile No[protected]nd may 2018. She said, she is calling sbi card verification department and she enquired about address, date of birth, card number, verification code soon after the transaction completed Rs 8563 got deducted from my account and i come to know that popae enterprises is fraud enterprises
