Dear sir/madam A person called from this company and said that he is from sbi credit card verification and he shared his employee id and name. He said that there is some offer to my sbi credit card to add reward points. Then he asked the details like cvv and otp. After that imediately, rs.8305 got deducted from my credit card. He told on friday (20/04) that it will be credited back along with reward points in 48hrs. Till now i neither got the money back nor the reward points. If we call that number he started using abusive language & blocking my number, sbi have clearly washed hands by saying that is secured transaction and they cannot help further Was this information helpful? | |||||

I complained the same to SBI on 24th April. I also faced the same issue and 8352 rupees of mine got lost. Even after so many calls to customer care and mail including cyber police statement no body bother to stop those fraud people. Still these POPAE enterprise fraud people are continue on their fraud activity. If either SBI or Police could catch these fraud at the first place after my complain on 24th April then they never dare fraud anymore. SBI atleast now try to understand people concern and value their hard earned money and take some step to stop these fraud people. In my case SBi sent a mail saying I have to bear all the amount even if I informed immediately right after that money get deducted and that amount was not disbursed. If they want they could do something but nobody take any step to stop those fraud people. That's the reason these frauds are growing day by day because they know these useless system.
The same happened to me, i suspect SBI persons have hands in this as the person who had made fraud calls they know out phone number they know our last payment amount. POPAE Enterprises and KARTFAST RETAIL SERVIC and SBI people are involved. No one has taken action among them, they should be punished. My 8743 amount was lost.

SBI will Final Say the Transaction is valid & if you do not Repay they will Keep Adding Interest, Even though all Details Provided to SBI they said it is Valid transaction ! i have provided all Phone Number Details & Transaction Details.

If you have answers for the below Questions Please respond,
1. When You cant Resolve Issue after providing transaction details & multiple Numbers from which we have received calls why will you provide services to people?
2. if Only one person reported against some company they you have rights to deny it as invalid or Valid transaction but when it is reported by many customers on same company how can u say it is valid transaction & Say us to repay the credit card bill???
3. When Phone Numbers of fraudulent is given to you why cant you track even if phone numbers are active?
4. when you cant provide solution for customers why will you at-least claim as largest Bank in India??
