PortaMart — Faulty and user battery provided | |||||
I have ordered (Order ID : 157235) battery for Micromax doodle (A240) on 14.12.2015 and requested express delivery. I have received the parcel on 01.01.2016. The battery provided to me was in loose packing without any manufacturing date. The battery is not working and faulty. When I have requested for replacement or refund, they have replied that as per our return policy you have no notify us within maximum 24-48 hours of delivery. They are expecting me to respond within 24-48 hours for faulty battery and they can not deliver even after 15 days after making payment for express delivery (charged Rs. 29 extra). Even, they took 3 days time to respond. Please don't buy from Portamart. I have received used and faulty product. Was this information helpful? | |||||
