PortaMart — Faulty Charger for Micromax A210

Dear All, I ordered for Charger for Micromax A210 vide Order ID: #102384. They have sent the faulty charger which is not working. They are not replying to my complaint mail for the last 8 days. Costomer care no. given on their website is always busy ( or they kept is busy to avoid complaints ). They dont have the basic courtesy to reply to mail. If the higher authorities of portamart are reading these mails on consumer complaints they should realize that they cannot fool people any longer. Just sending an auto reply to our complaint mails ( that we have received your mail and revert soon ) will not solve the purpose in long run. Kindly replace the mobile charger without further delay.
