PortaMart — Order not yet Shipped and hence not delivered

Hi, I had placed an order (# 115126) for Flip Cover of Micromax Canvas Express 2 on 16th Aug 2015 . Its been 4 days now but there is no update on the Order status. It has not yet shipped. Can you please let me know when will I get my product. If you are unable to process the order in next 24 hours, please Cancel my Order and refund the money back to my Account. Thanks, Nitin
