[Resolved] Aquaguard Water Purifier — Delay in installation of purifier | |||
Hi, We purchased the highest model in Aquaguard water purifier (geneus) even after one week of getting delivery, I have not got the installation done.After spending so much time on their customer care and wasting money and energy, there is no response except that they will tell the guy wud arrive soon. We made our purchase from Mr. Venugopal (mob:[protected]) in bangalore. The complaint number we registered is 88938291.Invoice number is 000246. technician came and installed and on next day, after mailing to customer care and all that things, finally we got purifier tested and TDS is in the consumable range.Happy ending although after struggle. | |||

I would request everyone who intend to buy Aquaguard to never pay the full money and be cheated.

Wrote to [protected]@eurekaforbes.com.No initiative taken yet to resolve the issue.After multiple calls to sales guy finally got someone to install the product.Still the demo hasn't been shown till then we will not be able to use purified water without proof that TDS is under control .
We have not been contacted by any executives neither did the Eureka Forbes Helpline helped us resolve the issue.I would say thats simply a formality.,
