I have made payment from my axis bank credit card to pli premium on 01.03.20 20 for jan, feb & march 2020 for an amount of rs.4259=00 at 9.31am but i am unable to track the payment and it still show due amount 4259 for three month. I follow the tollfree no no but only given assurance it is credited on one or two days or on monday but till date 12.03.2020 making complain on mail etc but it is rejected or some time it is not replied Policy no : mh-230176-cs Name : rakesh kumar umashankar Amount : ea/60/ 500000 Premium : 1375 (Monthly) Was this information helpful? | |

sir, till date the said amount has not been credited in my PLI account I have also mail to the PLI several mail account present on web site and also contact with telephone but no positive response receive yet.
Kindly peruse the matter with postal life insurance department and help me to resolve the issue on urgent basis as new EMI for April 2020 is on head. as i confirm from Axis bank the amount Rs.4259/- has already been transfer to India Post but they not credited in my PLI Account MH-230176-CS.
