Dear Sir, An advertisement given on the PERSONAL column turned out to be fraud as the contact given on the advertisement demanded for money and now no sign of him or the service mentioned on it. Hence request you to trace such persons behind it and inform the authorities

Pramod katara's response Plz attached the files.

CCC and Nicet certificate and marksheet are both the same. CCC can use this instead of the certificate, can submit it in any Government application form, there will be no problem.
