[Resolved]  Pramod Kumar — Outgoing not working

I am Pramod Kumar, Tel no. 2651012. Not receiving Telephone bill for 3 months.Outgoing are disconnected from tel exchange. I have deposited bill amount Rs. 1323.00 on 28/10/10 ,receipt no.77.
Cheque no.411300, HDFC Bank. Phone's out going not started till now. REceipt copy is attched.
Pls do the needfull and start outgoing of my no. 2651012 and send tel bill every month.I will highly appreciate for your co-operation.
