I made my payment of Rs 600/- for ctet paper 1 & II through upi. money deducted from bank but still shows incomplete on cbse portal.
i want refund so that i will pay the fee again.

i would to inform you that i m pramod lived in sultan puri block d-5house no.181i m very much frustated about the daily breakdown or technical fault of electricity.evn every day i m complaining about the same but there is resolving action were taken out..every day at the time sleeping electricity is breakdown.even physically i visit the ndpl zone at jalebi chock sultan puri..but every time i m not satisfy by service of ndpl.i...

Outgoing not working
