Pratham Motors — Unethical Behaviour related to buying of a true value WagonR

I had visited pratham motors true value situated at No 37/2, Sarjapur Road Kodathi Village, Varthur Hobli, (Next to Shell Petrol Pump)Bangalore - 560035, a couple of days ago to see some used cars and decided to finalize a 2015 model Maruti Wagon R. The team comprised Mr Krishna Singh (Team Head) and his co- ASSISTANT Mr Ravi.
Pratham offered at 3.4 lakhs as the closure deal and we offered 3.1 and our Alto 800 at 1.1 as the exchange price and left for the day.
The next day I had planned to visit Pratham and finalize but Mr Ravi mentioned the car has been booked and advance received. A day later pictures of the same wagonR is sent to me posing as though they are pics of another car. I was able to spot the car and when questioned, Mr Ravi admitted that it is indeed the same car and the price is 3.5 now as againt 3.4. On contacting Mr Krishna Singh he expressed his total unawareness in this regard.
Then I contacted Mr Vikranth and apprised him about this situation. He mentioned he was in the hospital, would look into this issue when he is back in office on Monday - 1st March.
But nothing much happened and now the new story Mr Krishna Singh doles out is the servicing cost incurred on the car and the landed target price of the car is not working out and Mr Ravi had not factored all these while quoting the rates to you.
Well, Well, Well. Do you guys think the CUSTOMER is an ### and you can take him for a ride. Where is the team work gone here. For a toss.
In fact, the previous day to our visit to Pratham, Mr Ravi had brought to our house one 2014 silver colour WagonR which was an accident car with complete repair at the C-pillar zone which is a major structural damage. I had indicated to him not to show me accident cars because of my nasty earlier experience with pratham motors, having purchased a 2016 Maruti celerio ZXI(AMT)bearing reg no KA03MW0078, (Complaint Ref No [protected], TVO name - Pratham Motors Pvt Ltd, TVO code - TV-02TE[protected].
This was a total scrap car and sold to me under the general heading "SOLD AS IS ACCIDENTAL" without sharing with me the service history.
So is this the way a CUSTOMER is treated. You sell only accident cars with bad service history. This is highly deplorable, shameful.
