I purchased a policy of ₹20000 on 16 Nov 2016. But I am not satisfied with the service of company. So I withdraw the policy on 18 Nov. And send email to company for reimbursement.
I call them regularly. But never get any satisfied response.
I mail them several times, but still didn't get any response.
Whenever mistakenly they pickup the call, they just an another date for reimbursement.
This was happen several time. Now I am so frustrated and in need of my money.
Still I didn't get my money back.
I do not understand what will I do?
This is the worst company I have ever seen. Do not buy anything from this company.
