Hi Team,
We had taken PHCI Platinum Plan and had made a payment by ICICI Bank Cheque number 110429 for Amount 10500. The Cheque got cleared on 29th November 2016 however till date I have not received any intimation from this company regarding our membership number or any of the promised vouchers and all. Since then I kept waiting for 15 days as was promised by their executive that we shall receive our kit in 15 days. Till date no one has contacted us nor they have replied to my emails.
