We had taken PHCI Platinum Plan and had made a payment by ICICI Bank Cheque number 110429 for Amount 10500. The Cheque got cleared on 29th November 2016 however till date I have not received any intimation from this company regarding our membership number or any of the promised vouchers and all. I purchased a policy of ₹20000 on 16 Nov 2016. But I am not satisfied with the service of company. So I withdraw the policy on 18 Nov. And send email to company for reimbursement.
I call them regularly. But never get any satisfied response.
I mail them several times, but still didn't get any response.
Whenever mistakenly they pickup the call, they just an another date for reimbursement.

Please canceled my policy as soon as possible... Because you do many commitment.. As well as your customer care team do not speak in proper way... I call at starting your representative nandni mam said many things. She also said that sir we did not pay of bed charges.. And we pay all the bills of yours... We do confirm on your help line ph. No[protected].. All are said same thing but now they denied... Said...
