Prince — Not giving products from last month

Dear sir, I prince janskey srivastava ordered a mobile Micromax Canvas Xpress 2, Order ID: OD[protected] Item) Seller: WS Retail Review Seller Order Date: 4 August, 2015 2:00 PM Amount Paid: Rs. 5999 through Cash on delivery by a online shopping site flipkart.com . and shopping site shows to deliver my product within three days . but they dispatched the item and after 9 days they cancelled the item. but when i called to customer care of flipkart, they said that they will delivered my product within two days. but After two days they dint delivered my order and again i make a phone call to customer care of flipkart and ask them why are they not delivering my product and i[censored] don't have the product then why are you still showing the product in stock and and you will dispatch the product in two day, and i[censored] dont have the product then shows it out of stock, and if you have the product then why are you not delivering it to me ., even the site have to show out of stock or increase the date of dispatch . even now they want that i cancel my order, and by phone call they promise me to deliver my order in 3-4 days, i wait until 12/08/2015 but they dint delivered my order last time i called to flipkartl they gave me a flat answer that they cant deliver my order I hope that you take a strict action against the shopping site. I want my product or compensation against product, and the cost which i spend on phone calls to shopping site and my mental harassment.
