Sir/madam,
I was invested in fd scheme of prism infracon ltd amounting to rs. 20, 000/- with register folio no. Dl-2983 for 57 months which was already matured on 31/03/2016. And original fixed deposit receipt with maturity amount rs.40000/- in the name of smt. Seema has been already discharged and sent to you for the payment of maturity money. But the payment of maturity amount not done till now.

I was invested my savings for my future, now i require the above money for my daughter's marriage. I tried to contact the your officials, but no one respond me. I was inform you through mail on 8th august 2017

So it therefore request you to please look above matter and take necessary action and arrange payment of maturity amount of rs. 40, 000/-. I will be very thankful if the amount is receive without delay, my pan no is - calps5194j
