SIR, LAST YEAR I HAD PURCHASED A NEW LOGIC P3 MACHINE IN MONTH OF MAY 2012 . AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE IT WAS AGREED BY YOUR SALES PERSON MR. KAMLESH MAURYA , FOR 2 YR WARRANTY AS I WAS AN OLD CUSTOMER OF COMPANY AND KNOW THAT ITS PARTS GET DEFECTIVE FREQUENTLY. HOWEVER WHEN IN MONTH OF AUG 2013 , ITS CONVEX PROBE 4C WAS DECLARED DEFECTIVE , I ASKED TO REPLACE IT. YOUR SERVICE PERSONAL FROM SHAIL HEALTHCARE PVT. LTD. AT BARAILY SAID THAT 2ND. YEAR WARRANTY ONLY COVERED FOR VISITING CHARGES AND NOT FOR PART REPLACEMENT. INITIALY I WAS TOLD FOR AN AMOUNT OF RS.2.50 LACS, BUT WHEN I BROUGHT THE MATTER IN NOTICE OF ANOTHER G.E. CUSTOMER, DR. RAJIV CHAUHAN IN MY CITY, COMPANY AGREED TO FOR AN AMOUNT OF RS. 1 LAC AND SIXTY THOUSAND ONLY. SO I PAID A CHECK OF RS. 1,60,000=00 FOR REPLACEMENT COSTS. FURTHER IT TOOK APPR. 15 DAYS TO DELIVER THE NEW PROBE . HOWEVER THE PAPER PRESENTED WITH IT SHOWS COST AT ONLY RS. 96,000=00 . SUCH CHEATING FROM SALES / SERVICE STAFF REQUIRES TO BE RECTIFIED .
