LAST YEAR I HAD PURCHASED A NEW LOGIC P3 MACHINE IN MONTH OF MAY 2012 .
AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE IT WAS AGREED BY YOUR SALES PERSON MR. KAMLESH MAURYA , FOR 2 YR WARRANTY AS I WAS AN OLD CUSTOMER OF COMPANY AND KNOW THAT ITS PARTS GET DEFECTIVE FREQUENTLY. HOWEVER WHEN IN MONTH OF AUG 2013 , ITS CONVEX PROBE 4C WAS DECLARED DEFECTIVE , I ASKED TO REPLACE IT.
