[Resolved] Provogue India — order not received and money is also not refunded | |||
I order a bag from provogue. They mail me that order is confirme. Citrus payment is used for payment. It also mailed that payment is successful. Now provogue is denying payment receival. I want my 699 rs back or the orde. Order no. Is[protected]. Merchant reference no. Is [protected]. Transaction is done on 16 July 2018 10: 57: 27 PM. Please solve my issue. Aug 24, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Provogue customer service took my grievance in concern and act promptly. I got my money back. Also they expressed their deep regret to not met my expectation. I'm thankful that they solved the issue. I just want to give one advice that they should check ke order and payment, and should be proactive. As they claim that they didn't receive money they should have inform it earlier rather than keeping a customer waiting for so long. Thank you once again..!! My order no. Is [protected]. I received a message with the order no but i m unable to trake my order on provogue.com website. I also call to provogue at no [protected] but no any response found.
