My name is meraj i purchased ptron power bank 12000 mah slim and less weight one but the product is not working i tried calling them 100 times but no respond from their no and i have emailed them twice but no response from der too i wasted my money 1099 rs i need my refund what shud i do...

But as on date there is no proper response from you. I send my family person to your shop but there is no reply.. From your side. Pls refund my money or item. There is no reply from your side i will go through consumer court....

When i open the parcel, the power bank cover was open n the product also seems had scratches all over it as if it is used product. And when i tired switching it on it didnt start. This is my first purchase with latestone. Request u to replace or refund as soon as possible....
