Punjab National Bank [PNB] — ATM transaction money dispute | |||||
I have saving bank account in ICICI janpath Delhi branch.On 17/03/2016, I tried to withdraw INR 3000 from PNB Bank ATM located at Karkarduma metro station, Delhi at '17;13' hrs (ATM ID D4139900, TXN NO. 2805). But I received just INR 300.So I called PNB customer care center and they told me to register this complaint to ICICI bank customer care.And I did so. ICICI call center officer assured me that issue will be resolved within 9 working days. After 9 days I received a message stated"Dear customer, we are not able to reverse the ATM transaction of INR 2700 as it was a successful transaction". Again, I lodged complaint through phone banking and I received same message. This process continued 4 times and still I am waiting for the positive reply. service request no.(SR[protected], SR[protected] Even the solutions given by phone banking officers were not satisfactory. As I am ICICI customer, PNB personnel will not entertain me.So I visited ICICI bank and requested them to look into this matter and try to retrieve video footage of that PNB ATM during my transaction. But PNB bank denied to show video footage. finally ICICI bank personnel apologized regarding this matter and closed the case. I belong to middle class family and this amount really matters to me.
