Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Delay in reimbursement of pension mar | |
There has been delay in payment of the monthly pension since March 2021, as I am facing fanancial difficulties to maintain my family. As per scheduled the Life Certificate was submitted to the nearest bank in the month of November 2020, but on April 2021 i received a message stating to submit the Life Certificate. After visiting the nearest branch I provided the proof of submitting the certificate and ensured that they will look into the issue. Despite repeated request in writing there was no response, online complaint was raised and resolved without crediting the outstanding amount and stating or providing the reason. Also we tried to reach out to the customer care number for the same issue, they received our call and disconnected as soon as the line got connected mentioned they are not able to hear us properly whereas we can hear them clearly . We called them for about 50 times and surprisingly every agents response was same. This is a very big disappointment towards Indian Bank which is tormenting in the times of pandemic where we are in dire need of the money. I was bound to raise the concern here as I was wondering if anyone else is also having ths same issue towards Punjab National Bank. My original bank was United Bank of India which is presently converted into Punjab National Bank. Was this information helpful? | |
