Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Fastag application is not approved after 10 Days.

I applied for Fastag in 19 of the January 2021 with Reference No. A44367. When i submitted my application and made a payment of 400. Due to some issue payment was not updated. The amount deducted from my account.

I mailed bank head office 4-5 times till now to update my payment status and approve my application. But they do not even replied.

PNB Bank have very worst customer care service. I am requesting them from last 10 days.
