Punjab National Bank [PNB] — I am complaining about not getting my refund | |||
I cancelled my tickets on irctc on 09/02/21 which I had booked through my IRCTC ID and paid through my PNB debit card they initiated my refund on 10/02/21 and sent me all the details with transaction ID and reference ID through e-mail but I did not receive my refund in my PNB Bank account I contacted PNB customer care through phone but they did not help instead blocked my UPI for tht account i then visited the bank itself for help but they are not checking the reference ID that IRCTC has provided me and i still have not got my refund. They just say we cnnot help with it as it should automatically come in your account online below i am attaching the screenshots of irctc mail that i had received kindly look into the matter.
