Sir i withdraw 10, 000/ rs from kotak bank atm del0n578 rohini sector 18 delhi on 02.09.2016 at 4.58 pm trns id 62461, my account debited 10, 000/- but didn, t got money . I reported at the same time at[protected] aprox 6 pm same day but my request rejected sn.A[protected] at 3.56 pm on 16.09.2016 . My acc [protected] is with pnb rohini sector 18 suneel kumar . My card no . [protected]. Kindly review the request & settle my account reversing my money .
