[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund initiated by Amazon but not Amount is not reflected to my Bank Account

I returned a Product from Amazon. Amazon initiated the refund on 11th March 2021 .The amount should be reflected to my bank account by 17 March 2021 But I have not received the amount.

The product I returned was One Plus Buds Z. The amount to be refunded is 2919Rs. PNB Customer Care as well as PNB Branch Manager are not helping. They are telling we don't have time for these things.
