Respected Sir, My name is Amit Bansal I have ordered a product i.e. Samsung M31 Mobile phone prime edition, space black colour from Amzon on[protected] and made paynent of Rs. 11, 599 through my debit card. But I have cancelled the product due to some reasons and Amazon have initiated the refund of Rs. 11, 599 to my debit card on[protected]. The expected date was[protected]. But I have not received the amount in my Bank account. Kindly look into the matter and please help me in getting my money back. I am providing you the details.
