[Resolved] Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund not added to my account | |
I had bought an item from Amazon which I cancelled on 14th of March and the refund was initiated on that day itself, I did my transaction using my UBI atm/debit card of amount 659. The Amazon customer service said the refund is done by their side and asked to contact bank customer care so I called up the PNB customer care(because UBI is now PNB) but they said no such amount is added to your account. I called back again the Amazon customer service they provided me with the refund reference number and asked me to fill in the charge dispute form of the bank... Please help me get the refund.

My Name is Krishna Kumar and I had ordered a product of Rs.6399 Redmi 9 in amazon on 18/03/2021 & I returned This order due to personal reason And on 24/03/2021 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 30005110771077057670188
