[Resolved]  Punjab National Bank [PNB] — Refund processed by IRCTC but not received in Bank Account

I have tried to book a Ticket on IRCTC using OBC bank debit card (Now PNB). But ticket not get booked. But money got deducted.
Which was refunded by IRCTC on 8th January and now it's been so many days but still I didn't received that amount in my bank.
