Punjab State Cooperative Milk Producers Federation / Milkfed Verka — Milk not available most of the time

There is a Verka booth at sector 27 Chandigarh infront of House No 3032. Most of the time there is no mil available at this booth. At 7 oclock he says, milk has not come yet and at 9 o clock he says milk is finished. Is it a Milk booth or karyana store…vendor is not interested in selling everything except milk.
