Charges for meter slowness A/c No. 3007333560

PSPCL has charges Rs. 51769 due to meter slowness. As per average of last year and current bill there should not be any charges on Account No. [protected]. Requested to help and resolve issue....

PSPCL Bill paid but receipt not generated

Address:khanna(Punjab)

I have paid my electricity bill online of Rs 9490/- on 16.08.22. Bill is generated in Aug 22. But I have not received the receipt yet and it is not updated in portal as well. My account no [protected]. Kindly find the attached screenshot for payment done online.

Too much excess bills from long time

I am receiving always excess bill from last 18 months. Inspite of extra bills I cleared my all dues on 13 June 2022 of Rs 62101/-. I astonished to see again bill of Rs 44686/- on 14 July 2022. I recieved a bill which is showing total 12449 units from 12 Feb 2021 to 14 July 2022. Which is not acceptable at all and it is totally unfair....

Shutdown electricty since mignight dtd 20/21-07-2022

PSPCL trying to defraud customers by fraudulent billing without any intimation.

Address:H.No 143 Janta Colony Street no. 11 Behind Arya High School Rampura Phul

I am a resident of Rampura Phul, Dist. Bathinda Punjab 151103. I received my 67 days electricity bill on 17 July 2022 at approx. 12:30 Pm. The meter reading as per meter and as per invoice is 30172. My Last Invoice dated[protected] had a reading of 29537 . So total consumption for 67 days should be 635 units. But as per PSPCL Invoice the units consumed are shown as 778 units which is a big fraud by PSPCL to defraud its consumers. It was just...

Unusual deducted money from my account
