I replaced gkk2 as per guided alert system by paying rs 3800 + visit charges. However its not even a month with in minutes it switches off by itself. When complained multiple times to customer care, each time i get to hear different answer. One person said smps has gone. It is rs 1200. Then after they said they need to get the stock it is out of stock. Again i called customer care complaining about the issue. This time a different executive says, it is not smps problem it is circuit problem. Every time we have to pay visit charges but no solution till now.
