[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — complain regarding my ro which is not working | |||
I have been using pureit classic for last one year which was working fine with no issue after a year we are getting the problem and it was stop working. So i called pureit customer care they told me i have to change the germ kill kit and it will work fine so i have paid rs 2950 for the new kit. And it start working but the taste of the water was so bad then i called the service person again and he checked n said that the pump is running slow with low pressure and we have to pay another rs 3500 to get the new pump and the related parts. The actual cost of the ro was rs. 7500 and now i have to pay rs 6500 to get my ro fix. Is this service they provide to the customer. Was this information helpful? | |||

The PureIt Marvella RO outer box leaks water. The technician said the motor has to be replaced, and that it costs Rs.2500. I would like to know if leakage can be caused by a faulty motor, before I have it replaced.
