[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — Copper water purifier

The product is defective and is leaking from the very first day of installation. After repeated complaints there has been a slow response from the company. Although there have been two visits by the technicians, but they have not been able to find out even the source of leak. The problem persists and there is no attempt to replace the defective product.
