3 days back one Mr Ashok, came to my home to install a new set of filter for my Marvella RO water filter.I made the appropriate payments for that After 3 days the filter is leaking badly and they want money for fixing it .What a big scam.HUL being such a big company over the quality of the work is done by its service partners and refuse to take responsibility for it.What a shame!!

Updated by shanroam Yesterday the repair vendors came and did the job without charging me again.So it seems they saw reason.But the fact remains that HUL customer service do not have a good system to manage the quality of work of its service vendors.Regarding this particular complaint it is sorted.
