Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — Defective product and not able to return it also no proper response from company

I ordered a pureit advanced from Flipkart and received it. After that the installation was done by company man but he did not started it. He said he will come in evening. And since then I have Been calling regularly but no one is responding. I am so disappointed. Please replace this product
