Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — Faulty Circuit Card in PUREIT Marvella G2.

I bought Pure it Marvella g2 on 19th march 2022, for rs 9500.

Today morning the water filter stopped abruptly with no LED indication.

When the technician was called. he declared that the circuit board was faulty and had to be replaced, without giving any explanation about why and how it happened.
He notified the circuit card costs rs. 2500.

While checking online, we found many consumers having the same problem with pureit water filter circuits.

Even before the completion of 1.5 years, if the circuit board needs to be replaced what is the value and quality provided by Pure It and Hindustan Unilever.

And what is the guarantee that this will not happen in the future, as the replacement cost for the part is too high. Almost 25% of the original cost.
