Hi team, My registered mobile number is provided with this complaint # CO[protected] and my product is pureit Advanced Max 6 L Mineral RO + UV + MF + MP Water Purifier . On 26th oct, my filter started showing red light hence i contacted the customer care for germ kill kit replacement and an order was placed for the same. The engineer came and replaced 3 parts only and i paid for them. I called up your customer care to know the exact details of filters that were needed to be replaced and it was surprising for me to know that i should have received the kit in a sealed box and that should have contained 5 items. In reality only 3 parts were replaced and the items were separate and not in a sealed box. I am disappointed to know that i have been cheated by your service center and i would request you to please let me know what steps are to be taken next. I have also talked to your customer care helpdesk but it has been of no help till yet. Could you please help me with the mail id of next escalation level. Was this information helpful? | |||||
